Can I return or exchange a wig?
For hygiene reasons, wigs must be in their original, factory-condition with tags attached and lace uncut to be eligible for return. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange process.
How should I care for my new wig?
We recommend using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners specifically formulated for alternative hair. Avoid brushing synthetic wigs while wet and always store your wig on a mannequin head or stand to maintain its shape.
