At Canada Wigs, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been brushed, styled, or removed from their hair net cannot be accepted for return.

Request Authorization

Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

Prepare Your Package

Place the wig back in its original packaging and hair net, ensuring all tags are intact and the RMA form is included inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location or your preferred insured carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the item is in pristine condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
